the hotel location is very convenient for transportation. it provided easy access to shopping. halilah and rizal from the executive lounge showed great service. the room was spacious and kept clean.
the check-in process took a very long time. i waited 35 minutes. the checkout also took over 10 minutes. the manager's response to my complaint felt unprofessional.

The room had a strobing spotlight above the bed. It caused a headache. a suspension light flickered. It started after 3 minutes. this made sleep difficult.

The executive lounge provided a comfortable haven after long meetings. halilah, zarif, rizal, dinesh, puteri, anqi, alief, and sherry, the lounge team, went the extra mile to connect with guests. the vasco chef team and concierge also provided excellent care throughout my stay. i always felt rejuvenated here. It is my home.
the check-in process experienced a slight delay, even with three counters open. the queuing lane lacked clear direction, resulting in a wait of over ten minutes before i could check in.

the staff members were polite and very helpful. the breakfast service offered diverse choices, including fresh fruit and custom orders. the team consistently delivered really good hospitality.

I had access to the executive lounge. It really enhanced my stay. the room was as great as i expected. the lounge was great with fantastic views and delicious food. chia provided really good service despite a large number of guests. the variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, was also excellent.
the minibar prices were a little high, though this is typical for hotels.
